RPF Sub-Inspector and Constable Notification Out–

Notification for recruitment of Sub Inspector and Constable has been released on 26 February 2024 and then aspirants will be able to apply by visiting the official website of the Railway Protection Force.

Railway Protection Force (RPF): This is a security force of India entrusted with protecting railway passengers, passenger area, and railway property.It consists of both male and female officers who undergo specialized training to handle various security challenges encountered on the railways. it operates under the authority of the Ministry of Railways in India.

    • UR/OBC: 80 cm (with a minimum expansion of 85 cm)
    • SC/ST: 76.2 cm (with a minimum expansion of 81.2 cm)

RPF Sub-Inspector and Constable Selection Process-

The RPF SI Selection Process 2024 includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for height and chest (for males), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) assessing physical endurance, followed by Document Verification. A Final Merit List is compiled based on performances in these stages to select candidates for the Railway Protection Force SI position.

The selection process for the Railway Protection Force SI comprises three key stages:

1. Computer Based Test
2. Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test
3. Document Verification

Candidates must successfully clear all three stages to be eligible for selection as an RPF Sub Inspector.
