Exam Details Related To SSC CGL 2024

Combined Graduated Level Examination (also known as CGL Exam or CGLE) is an examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to recruit Group B and C officers to various posts in top ministries, departments and organisations of the Government of India. The Staff Selection Commission was established in 1975.

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required of those applying for the various positions at the time of application. Candidates have to be between the ages of 20 and 30. Depending on the position applied for, the age restrictions may change. For example, in September 2018, the age range for the Central Bureau of Narcotics Inspector post was extended to 30 years from 18 to 27 years.  The 2017 application fee is 100 rupees. The application price is removed for all women, members of Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, physically challenged individuals, and former service members who qualify for reservations.

Application Fees. Applicants registering for the SSC CGL exam are needed to pay an application fee of Rs 100.
